Borrower Security Assignment
Financing Document
The project company's value is largely contractual: revenue rights, performance claims, guarantees, insurance proceeds and termination compensation. A Borrower Security Assignment brings those rights into the collateral pool while normally allowing the project company to continue administering the contracts before enforcement. It creates proprietary security; notices, acknowledgements and Direct Agreements make that security more effective and operationally usable.
