Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data InfraLex processes, and why.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Who We Are

The InfraLex website at https://www.infralex.co is operated by Bicer Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“InfraLex”, “we”, “us”), acting as the controller of personal data processed in connection with the website as described in this notice.

2. Scope of This Notice

This notice describes the personal data actually processed by the InfraLex website today, including its public pages and its Member registration, sign-in, and account features. It does not describe features that do not yet exist. Section 11 addresses payment-related information, which InfraLex expects to begin processing once paid checkout becomes available; before that happens, this notice will be reviewed again against the actual processing introduced.

3. Data We Process

Account and registration data

If you register for an InfraLex account, we process the information you provide during registration — your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text), and optionally your country and organization name or job title if you choose to provide them — together with account-administration information such as email verification status, the dates and versions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice you accepted, and, if you provide it, whether you have opted in to marketing communications. If you sign in, we process your session so the Service recognizes you as signed in across pages.

Plan and membership information

Your account records which InfraLex plan applies to you (for example, Free, Professional, or Business) and, where applicable, any specific capabilities separately granted to your account. This information determines what the Service shows you and is not shared publicly.

Saved items

If you use the Service’s save feature, we store a record of which items you have saved to your personal list, so we can show that list back to you. This record is tied to your account and is not visible to other users.

Technical and server data

Like most websites, the infrastructure that hosts the InfraLex website necessarily records ordinary technical data as part of serving web pages and maintaining security — for example, IP address, browser and device information, and request timestamps, at the level of our hosting and network infrastructure. InfraLex does not currently operate any separate analytics platform, and this data is not currently used for tracking, profiling, or advertising purposes.

External asset delivery

Some visual elements on the InfraLex website — for example, country flag icons shown on featured market listings — are loaded directly by your browser from a third-party content-delivery provider, flagcdn.com. When your browser requests those assets, ordinary request information such as your IP address, browser information, and the request timestamp may be received by that provider, in the same way as when loading any external image.

Direct communications

If you contact InfraLex — for example, by email to one of the addresses on our Contact page — we process the personal data you provide in that communication (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) in order to respond to you.

Administrative and content-management users

InfraLex’s content-management system requires authenticated login for InfraLex personnel who create and maintain the website’s content. This administrative authentication is separate from, and not part of, public Member accounts, and does not involve the personal data of ordinary visitors or Members.

What InfraLex does not currently do

InfraLex does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not currently process payment card or billing information, as paid checkout is not yet available — see Section 11.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal data described in Section 3 is processed for the following purposes:

  • creating and administering your account, including authentication and verification;
  • providing the plan-specific and saved-item features associated with your account;
  • operating, securing, and maintaining the InfraLex website;
  • delivering website assets and content, including through third-party content-delivery providers;
  • responding to enquiries sent to InfraLex, including account, billing, and support enquiries;
  • sending you communications you have opted in to, where applicable; and
  • administering the content-management system used to maintain InfraLex’s content.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, InfraLex relies on: performance of a contract with you, for account creation, authentication, and providing the features of the plan associated with your account; legitimate interest, for operating and securing the Service, maintaining its technical infrastructure, and responding to enquiries; and consent, where you have opted in to marketing communications. Other legal bases may apply where a more appropriate basis exists under applicable law for a specific processing activity.

6. Service Providers

InfraLex uses service providers to supply hosting, database, network, content-delivery, and transactional-email infrastructure, including the content-delivery provider referred to in Section 3. Depending on the service and applicable law, providers may process personal data on InfraLex’s behalf or may have limited independent obligations or processing purposes of their own. InfraLex expects such providers to process data subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations. InfraLex does not currently use any separate analytics, advertising, or marketing service provider.

7. International Processing

InfraLex is an internationally accessible platform, and the infrastructure, content-delivery, and other service providers referred to in Section 6 may process data in a country other than the one you are accessing the Service from. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, InfraLex will use or require appropriate safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required by that law.

8. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Technical and server-level data referred to in Section 3 is generally retained at the level of InfraLex’s hosting, network, and content-delivery providers, in accordance with those providers’ own retention practices and for only as long as necessary for the security and operational purposes described above. InfraLex retains the content of direct communications for as long as reasonably necessary to address the matter raised and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes.

9. Security

InfraLex takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including storing account passwords only in hashed form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and InfraLex cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located and the law that applies to you, you may have rights in relation to your personal data, which can include rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and, where legally relevant, a right to data portability. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with, or otherwise contact, a competent supervisory or data-protection authority. These rights, and how they are exercised, may differ depending on applicable law — including, potentially, United States state privacy law, the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation, Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), or other applicable regimes — and not every right described above will apply to every user. If you wish to exercise any such right, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

11. Payment Information

InfraLex does not currently process payment card or billing information, because paid checkout is not yet available. Once it is, paid transactions are expected to be processed by a third-party payment processor (which may act as our reseller and Merchant of Record — see our Terms of Use) rather than by InfraLex directly, and InfraLex does not expect to itself store your full payment card details. Before payment processing becomes operational, this notice will be reviewed and updated to describe that processing, the payment processor involved, and the applicable legal basis.

12. Changes to This Notice

InfraLex may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.

13. Contact

Questions about this notice, or requests concerning your personal data, can be directed to InfraLex via the Privacy / data protection category on our Contact page or by email to privacy@infralex.co.
