Professional provides full Documents access — the complete Document Guide, full clause-level research, Negotiation Intelligence and, where available, Variant Intelligence — for every published document. Business adds the Market Participants directory and a second named user. The public showcases — for example, the Facility Agreement — demonstrate selected parts of the Document Intelligence format, not the complete subscriber experience.

About company participation

InfraLex independently includes relevant market participants as part of its infrastructure intelligence coverage. Company participation is free: applications, verification, corrections and inclusion carry no charge, and no payment or subscription affects whether or how a company appears on InfraLex. The directory is available to InfraLex Business subscribers.

InfraLex independently maintains its own editorial classifications and the InfraLex Ecosystem Footprint — a participant’s tracked markets, sectors and infrastructure relationships. Participation does not constitute InfraLex certification or endorsement, and InfraLex offers no sponsored ranking, paid placement or promotional visibility — InfraLex’s research and editorial decisions remain independent of any commercial relationship. Paid subscriptions are for research access only.

How company participation works

1. Apply. Sign in with a free InfraLex account and complete the company participation application.
2. Verification. InfraLex verifies your relationship with and authority to act on behalf of the company, and may ask for additional information.
3. Editorial review. InfraLex assesses the company and any requested inclusion or correction under its ordinary independent editorial criteria. Inclusion and changes are editorial decisions.

Pricing Grows With InfraLex

InfraLex is a continuously expanding intelligence platform. Pricing changes are intended to reflect meaningful increases in product value — new countries, broader infrastructure and legal/regulatory coverage, additional Documents, deeper intelligence layers and new capabilities — not routine or arbitrary increases. As InfraLex reaches new coverage and intelligence milestones, pricing for new subscribers may evolve to reflect the broader product available at that time. Existing annual subscriptions are not repriced mid-term. Our current expansion cadence targets approximately four substantive cycles per year. Subscribe earlier, and grow with the platform.

WIF 2026 Founding Access — join on an annual plan during the founding period and keep your entry price through your first annual renewal, covering the initial subscription period and one renewal at the same rate. This applies to annual Professional and Business subscriptions, and does not apply to monthly Professional billing. Founding Access eligibility ends on 31 December 2026 at 23:59 (Türkiye time).

Billing

Professional is available annually ($149/year) or monthly ($19.90/month). Business is billed annually only ($349/year). Company participation is free and is never billed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for. Refund requests can be submitted within 14 calendar days of a transaction and are handled by Paddle under our Refund Policy; your statutory rights are not affected. What is the difference between Professional and Business?: Professional gives one user full Documents access: the complete Document Guide, full clause-level research, Negotiation Intelligence and, where available, Variant Intelligence for every published document, plus premium document models and samples where available, and unlimited saved items. Business includes everything in Professional and adds the Market Participants directory, for two named users. The public research modules are available on every plan.
Can I subscribe monthly?: Professional is available monthly ($19.90/month) or annually ($149/year). Business is billed annually only ($349/year).
How many users are included?: Professional includes 1 named user. Business includes 2 named users.
Does my company need to pay to appear on InfraLex?: No. Company participation is free. Companies can apply for inclusion, verify their existing record or request corrections at no cost. Every application is reviewed under InfraLex’s independent editorial criteria, and inclusion cannot be purchased. Submission does not guarantee inclusion.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal.
What happens to my access after I cancel?: Access ordinarily continues through the period you have already paid for, then ends. Cancelling does not itself generate a refund.
