Plans for infrastructure research and intelligence
InfraLex offers three platform access tiers — Discover, Research and Intelligence — for individuals researching infrastructure markets. A separate Presence product lets companies build a structured commercial profile inside the InfraLex infrastructure ecosystem.
* Professional includes the complete Document Guide and clause-level research. Business unlocks the full Document Intelligence view, including Negotiation Intelligence. Explore the public Facility Agreement to see the full Document Intelligence format.
About Presence
Presence is a separate commercial product for companies operating in the markets InfraLex covers — distinct from the Free, Professional and Business access plans above. A Presence subscriber supplies its own commercial profile information: services and capabilities, credentials, selected infrastructure experience, commercial documents and dedicated contacts.
Separately, InfraLex independently maintains its own editorial classifications and the InfraLex Ecosystem Footprint — the participant’s tracked markets, sectors and infrastructure relationships. The InfraLex Ecosystem Footprint is independently maintained by InfraLex and is not controlled by commercial participants. An Enhanced Profile does not constitute InfraLex endorsement or preferred commercial status.
Pricing Grows With InfraLex
InfraLex is a continuously expanding intelligence platform. Pricing changes are intended to reflect meaningful increases in product value — new countries, broader infrastructure and legal/regulatory coverage, additional Documents, deeper intelligence layers and new capabilities — not routine or arbitrary increases. As InfraLex reaches new coverage and intelligence milestones, pricing for new subscribers may evolve to reflect the broader product available at that time. Existing annual subscriptions are not repriced mid-term. Our current expansion cadence targets approximately four substantive cycles per year. Subscribe earlier, and grow with the platform.
WIF 2026 Founding Access — join on an annual plan during the founding period and keep your entry price through your first annual renewal, covering the initial subscription period and one renewal at the same rate. This applies to annual Professional, Business and Presence subscriptions, and does not apply to monthly Professional billing.
Billing
Professional is available annually ($149/year) or monthly ($14.90/month). Business is billed annually only ($299/year). Presence is billed annually only ($349/year per company). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for. Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by mandatory law, an applicable consumer withdrawal right, a qualifying billing or service failure, or applicable payment-provider requirements. See our Terms of Use and Refund Policy for full details.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Professional and Business?
Professional gives one user full research access across InfraLex — the full Document Intelligence library, Document Guide and clause-level research on every document, and unlimited saved items. Business includes everything in Professional and adds the full Document Intelligence view, including Negotiation Intelligence, across two named users — our highest level of platform access and intelligence.
Can I subscribe monthly?
Professional is available monthly ($14.90/month) or annually ($149/year). Business is currently billed annually only ($299/year).
How many users are included?
Professional includes 1 named user. Business includes 2 named users.
Is Presence part of Professional or Business?
No. Presence is a separate commercial product for companies, independent of whether anyone at that company holds a Professional or Business subscription.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal.
What happens to my access after I cancel?
Access ordinarily continues through the period you have already paid for, then ends. Cancelling does not itself generate a refund.
