Three consortia submitted final technical/commercial proposals: ACWA Power with Alternative Energy Projects Company; Masdar with Fouad Alghanim & Sons; and EDF Renewables with A.H. Al Sagar & Brothers and Korea Western Power (Kowepo). KAPP is the procuring authority; no preferred bidder had been confirmed as of the research cut-off.
