Phase 1 of a planned three-phase, 1,500MW combined-cycle build — Phases 2-3 have no independently confirmed current procurement status and are not asserted as active. This is Nigeria's canonical World Bank Partial Risk Guarantee / MIGA-supported IPP structure; this PRG/MIGA support is stated only for Azura-Edo itself and is not generalised to any other Nigerian IPP in this master.
