Federal-to-state-facilitated airport PPP. The Federal Government completed handover of Enugu Airport to concessionaire Aero Alliance, with the process publicly credited in part to Enugu State government facilitation, reported completed ~26 June 2026. Notably the only one of the four original 2022-round airport concession processes (Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Enugu) that actually converted to an executed, operating concession — a direct contrast case against the collapsed Lagos/Abuja/Kano processes, which are not implemented in this sprint.
