Nairobi Expressway is an operational 27.1 km Class A dual-carriageway urban toll road along the A8 corridor from Mlolongo through the JKIA/CBD corridor to James Gichuru Road, delivered through a privately initiated design-finance-build-operate-maintain-transfer arrangement. KeNHA is the contracting authority and Moja Expressway Company Limited is the private party/operator under a 30-year contract term reported by the PPP Directorate. The PPP Directorate lists the project as under operations and maintenance.
