Scale & Capacity

150 KTPATarget green hydrogen output

Overview

Location
Duqm, Al Wusta Governorate, Oman
Scale / Scope
Targeting 150 KTPA green hydrogen from 4GW of installed renewables capacity. Land block awarded June 2023 under Hydrom's usufruct rights (Royal Decree 10/2023) — this is an award of land/project development rights, not a financial close. FID was anticipated "closer to 2026" pending completion of front-end engineering design, with commercial operations targeted 2030. No evidence was found confirming FID or financial close was actually reached by the 11 September 2026 cutoff.
