A planned Q2 2026 substantial-completion date was a contractual target, not verified actual commercial operation. Consortium: Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios, S.A. (Spain) + Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies (AWPT, Saudi Arabia), AWPT holding 50%. Per Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) issuer disclosure, this is the first BOT contract of this specific type in the Kingdom.
