Reorganisation and Bankruptcy Law
In force since 7 December 2018, repeals the prior Legislative Decree No. 11/1987. Introduces statutory reorganisation as a genuine alternative to liquidation, a bankruptcy register, and UNCITRAL-inspired recognition of cross-border insolvency, absent from the prior regime.
