Public-Private Partnerships Law
Published August 2014, replacing Law No. 7/2008 and its Executive Regulations (Decree 256/2008). Establishes the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP), replacing the earlier Partnerships Technical Bureau (PTB), as the dedicated procuring authority for PPP projects delivering public services of economic, social or service importance.
