Real Estate Title Registration Law

Saudi ArabiaLand / Real Estate / Land Use, Security / CollateralIn Force

The Law establishes title-based real-estate registration and the legal register for designated areas. It governs first registration, parcel identity, recorded rights, changes and challenges, supporting reliable evidence of ownership and registered interests. Its operation may be geographically phased. A transaction should not assume that every parcel is already within the same title-registration stage.
