Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 and Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (predecessor procurement regime)

The predecessor UK public/concession/utilities procurement regime, superseded by the Procurement Act 2023 (in force 24 February 2025). The three instruments operated as a single regime and are bundled as one family record here rather than three separate entries — they were superseded together. Transitionally relevant: procurements begun before 24 February 2025 continue under this family until concluded.
