Operational inland dry port in 6th of October City developed through a 30-year BOT public-private partnership. October Dry Port Company, backed by Elsewedy Electric, SLP for Logistic Properties and Schenker Egypt, developed and operates the facility under a concession from GALDP, supported by EBRD project financing. The project provides approximately 720,000 TEU of annual handling capacity and connects Egypt's maritime ports with Greater Cairo through road and rail logistics infrastructure.

Greenfield inland dry port developed under a 30-year BOT concession, comprising container handling and storage areas, customs and government facilities, five railway tracks, road and reefer infrastructure and connection to the Egyptian National Railway network. The facility serves as an inland extension of Egypt's maritime ports and supports cargo flows between Alexandria/Dekheila and Greater Cairo.
