One of Europe's largest hospital campuses, delivered as a Ministry of Health PPP by the project company Ankara Etlik Hastane Sağlık Hizmetleri İşletme Yatırım A.Ş. (total project cost about €1.1bn per the EBRD). It is financed by lenders including EBRD and IFC, and has been operational since 2022. The original sponsors were Astaldi (51%) and Türkerler (49%). The Competition Board cleared Türkerler's sole control of the project company on 23 November 2023 and of the O&M company and construction joint venture on 13 February 2025, completing Astaldi's exit.

    On 13 February 2025 the Turkish Competition Board (Decision 25-06/150-76) cleared Türkerler İnşaat's acquisition of sole control of the Ankara Etlik City Hospital O&M company and the Astaldi–Türkerler construction joint venture. This followed its November 2023 clearance for the hospital's project company and completed Astaldi's exit from the PPP.
