First data center campus of the Digital Realty–Rönesans Infrastructure joint venture in Türkiye, located in Temelli, Ankara. Construction of the first phase — more than 22 MW of carrier-neutral IT capacity and over 10,000 m² of white space — has begun, with operations planned for 2028. Across the wider programme, the partners have stated a long-term ambition of up to 200 MW of IT capacity in Ankara and İstanbul combined, with investment potential of up to USD 3 billion.
