Antalya Airport
TürkiyeAirport Infrastructure, Aviation Infrastructure
One of Türkiye's busiest airports, operated by Fraport TAV Antalya, a joint venture of TAV Airports (51%) and Fraport (49%). The JV won a new concession from DHMİ for January 2027 to December 2051 with a €7.25bn (+VAT) bid, 25% of which was paid upfront. A first expansion phase of about €850m was completed in April 2025, with IFC supporting the refinancing. The 2027 start of the new term does not by itself make the asset Active Pipeline.
