Bandırma–Bursa–Osmaneli High-Standard Railway

A 201 km double-track, electrified 250 km/h line connecting Bursa to the Ankara–Istanbul high-speed corridor. The 106 km Bursa–Osmaneli section, with civil works and tunnels complete, is targeted for H2 2026; the 95 km Bandırma–Bursa section is targeted for 2028. Once open, Bursa–Ankara and Bursa–Istanbul journeys are expected to fall to about 2 hours 15 minutes.
