Large-scale food-security processing, storage and logistics complex within Hamad Port, spanning more than 530,000 m² with approximately 300,000 metric tons of storage capacity across 51 silos, together with rice, sugar and edible-oil processing/storage infrastructure (including a rice mill and an oil refinery), packaging/storage warehouses, oil tanks, marine-control and administration buildings, substations, central cooling, and maintenance/fuelling infrastructure. Reported 98% complete as of 25 June 2026. This is a separate canonical Project from the existing, already-Operational Hamad Port record.
