Ashghal is constructing a new rainwater pump station and associated network connections in Semaisma to collect and convey stormwater serving Semaisma Main Street and Semaisma West Street. The station interfaces with the drainage network being delivered under Semaisma Project Package 4 and is intended to reduce rainwater accumulation, support road continuity during rainfall and convey collected water to a designated point for possible future reuse.

Construction of a new stormwater pump station and associated infrastructure/supporting facilities in Semaisma, connecting to the area’s stormwater drainage network. The station serves Semaisma Main Street and Semaisma West Street, collecting and pumping rainwater to a designated point for potential future reuse — that future-reuse infrastructure is a stated intent, not yet constructed. The station interfaces with the drainage network delivered under Semaisma Project Package 4; Package 4 is context for this record only and is not itself created as a record, and no parent/child relationship is persisted between the two. Construction was confirmed ongoing as of 3 August 2026.
