Operationalises the parent Telecommunications Law’s licensing, regulatory procedure, network/service, spectrum, numbering, interconnection, user-protection and enforcement architecture to the extent specified. The general implementing layer; individual licences and later CRA regulations may add instrument-specific duties. Appears in force and amended.
