Executive By-Law No. 11 of 2005 for the Environment Protection Law

Implements Law No. 30 of 2002, setting the operative Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure and the conditions for environmental licensing/operating permits, including withholding or cancellation. Annex 1 lists project types likely to require an EIA.
