Law No. 12 of 2012 Regulating Maritime Shipping Intermediaries

Regulates persons performing defined maritime intermediary activities, including the authorisation and conduct expected of relevant shipping intermediaries. Adds a market-participant layer to the maritime framework rather than replacing the Maritime Law or maritime-activity licensing regime. Later amendments should be checked at reliance.
