Law No. 6 of 2023 Amending Certain Provisions of Law No. 18 of 2017 on Public Hygiene

Modifies selected provisions of the Public Hygiene Law. Its function is to update the parent framework rather than create a standalone hygiene regime; current descriptions of enforcement, prohibited conduct, responsibility or penalties must be checked against the amended text.
