Law No. 8 of 2021 Amending Certain Provisions of the Commercial Companies Law Promulgated by Law No. 11 of 2015
The Law amends selected provisions of the 2015 Commercial Companies Law rather than establishing a separate corporate code. Its changes are materially associated with corporate governance, ownership transparency, shareholder protections and public-shareholding company controls.
