Law No. 9 of 2019 on the Land Transport of Hazardous Materials

The Law creates a specialist licensing and safety regime for transporting hazardous materials by land. It governs participants, vehicles, packaging and documentation, route and handling controls, emergency response, inspection and enforcement, separately from ordinary road-transport licensing.
