Procurement Act 2023

Current UK public procurement regime (England, Wales and Northern Ireland), in force 24 February 2025 — replaces the predecessor Public Contracts/Concession Contracts/Utilities Contracts Regulations 2015/2016 family for new procurements, while procurements begun before 24 February 2025 continue under the predecessor regime until concluded. Scotland retains its own separate Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 regime, not superseded by this Act.
